Easier resolution of MyHR Payroll data update errors
If employee data fails to send to MyHR Payroll, update the details in MyHR and resend the update without leaving the integrations page or clear the error if you've already sorted the data in payroll.
This applies for customers using MyHR Payroll which automatically sends employee data updates to payroll.

What you need to do
If you’re a payroll administrator with an integration with MyHR Payroll, when you receive an email about a failed update, go to the integrations area to review and fix the issue.
You can also mark the update as resolved to stop it being sent again.
If you're a customer who uses another one of our payroll integrations, keep an eye out for the launch of automatic data updates for your payroll. Your employees will also have a better way to provide data, which will help reduce errors from happening in the first place!
