Document preview
How does previewing documents on MyHR work?
READ: How to preview documents
WATCH: Short training video
Document preview lets users view documents and images directly in MyHR.
No more waiting for PDFs or image files to download and then opening them in another standalone app, you can now view your files directly on screen, by clicking 'View document'.
Previously, only unsigned employment contracts (AU) or employment agreements (NZ) could be viewed directly in MyHR. Now you can view the contract / agreement at all stages during and after both parties have signed it, as well as all other files supplied by MyHR.
Document preview also is available for your own uploaded PDF and image files.

Microsoft Edge users
While previewing documents in MyHR, Microsoft Edge Users have the additional functionality to mark up document previews directly in MyHR.
By selecting "More options" from the right hand corner of the preview window, users can add text and highlight the document.
To capture this mark up, users will need to download the document before emailing to MyHR or other parties.
