You can enable your employees to add their own KPIs or objectives

- From draft or edit review, you can select 'Change' next to the information about Genevieve's permission to edit the review.
- Update the checkbox to either allow or uncheck to prevent editing of the current performance review.
- Advise your employee they are able to edit. Next time they log in, they'll be able to see the 'Edit' button in the options.
