How to allow employees to edit performance reviews

You can enable your employees to add their own KPIs or objectives

  1. From draft or edit review, you can select 'Change' next to the information about Genevieve's permission to edit the review.Edit review showing timeline and editing options
  2. Update the checkbox to either allow or uncheck to prevent editing of the current performance review.

  3. Advise your employee they are able to edit. Next time they log in, they'll be able to see the 'Edit' button in the options.
