How to get back to the previous stage of a performance review
If you've moved into the appraisal phase too early or you need to make some extra edits before you continue, you can easily revert to the active cycle
READ: How to get back to previous stage
- At the top of the performance review, select the options menu (the three dots).
- Select 'Revert to in cycle'
- You'll now be able to continue the active cycle of your review, or make any edits as needed and go to the appraisal phase when you're ready.
You can also revert from the final appraisal to the individual appraisal phase.
