How to get back to the previous stage of a performance review

If you've moved into the appraisal phase too early or you need to make some extra edits before you continue, you can easily revert to the active cycle

How to revert a performance review to a previous stage 

  1. How to revert a performance review to a previous stage

    Follow the steps below to revert a performance review from the appraisal phase back to the active cycle, or from the final appraisal to the individual appraisal phase.

    At the top of the performance review, select the options menu (the three dots).

  2. Select **Revert to in cycle** to move the review back to the active cycle phase. **Note:** Any ratings or comments already entered will be preserved when you revert. Confirm with your administrator if you are unsure whether you have permission to revert a review.
  3. You can now continue the active cycle of your review, make any edits as needed, or proceed to the appraisal phase when you're ready.

You can also revert from the final appraisal phase back to the individual appraisal phase. To do so, follow the same steps above using the options menu at the top of the review.
