Once you've published a review, you can still make updates to it if the original context has changed or you've found a new objective to add.

These changes will be auto-saved and available straight away.

  1. On the relevant performance review, select the options menu (the ellipses icon) and select "Edit review". This will open the review in edit mode and allow you to make changes.Edit performance review using the options menu
  2. Once you're done, simply switch back to view mode using the same options menu.

Adding or editing items

Once you're in the edit mode for a review, you can update any of the items and the properties. This allows you to add or update items that emerge or change during the cycle.

Or if you need to enable a rating scale, you can select edit on an item, then check the relevant box, and save. This will update the review straight away.

  1. Progress tracker: This means an item can be completed, or not.
  2. Rating scale: This allows your item to be rated once it gets to the appraisal phase of the review.
  3. Due date: If you have a deadline for a specific item to be completed, use this to make it clear.
