How to resend an email invite to employee
A new employee has 5 days to accept their invite to MyHR. If the invitation has timed out, you may need to resend it.
If an employee hasn't accepted their invite to MyHR you may need to resend it from the MyHR platform so it's back in their inbox.
If this is something you need to do, follow the steps below;
- Log into MyHR. You will land on the Homepage.
- Go to the person's profile. You can two options for navigating here:
- Either go to Manage > People then select the person.
- Or use the search function in the top right corner of the page. Type the employee's name and "overview" into the search bar. Select Overview - [Employee].
- The Overview page will open. On the left hand side is the Details section. Scroll down to Email and select resend.
- The employee will receive an email to their address listed in their personal details.
