MyHR $500 Cashback Offer
Terms & Conditions

This promotion is offered by MyHR Pty Ltd (“MyHR”). - Promotion Period
Valid from 16 February 2026 to 31 December 2026 (“Promotion Period”). MyHR may amend, extend or withdraw the promotion at any time, subject to law. - Eligibility
To qualify for the $500 cashback (“Offer”), a business must:
- Be a new MyHR customer;
- Have received the promotional email via the Australia Small Business Champions Awards database; Australia Local Business Awards database and Melbourne Victory Partnership database.
- Enter into a standard 12-month MyHR service agreement during the Promotion Period; and
- Remain an active, paying customer in good standing for three (3) consecutive months.
Only one cashback is available per business. Existing customers and businesses that have held a MyHR subscription in the previous 12 months are not eligible unless approved in writing by MyHR.
- Cashback Payment
Eligible customers will receive $500 AUD after completing three (3) full months of continuous paid subscription under the 12-month agreement.
The cashback will be provided as either:
- A $500 eGift Card (or similar digital gift card), or
- A $500 credit applied to the customer’s MyHR account.
Cashback will be issued within 30 days of eligibility being met.
- Early Termination & Forfeiture
Customers who cancel, default on payment, or breach their agreement within the first three (3) months forfeit the Offer.
If a customer receives the cashback and terminates the 12-month Term early, MyHR reserves the right to recover the $500 value, including by invoice or offset against amounts owing.
- General
The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.
MyHR reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse claims where misuse or fraud is suspected.
Customers are responsible for any tax implications.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
