MyHR Champions Program — Terms & Conditions

As a MyHR Champion, you have access to our exclusive program that rewards you for spreading the word about MyHR, in whatever way feels best to you. Share and refer to win the grand prize of a $5000 voucher.

    • Eligibility - Participation in the MyHR Champions programme is by invitation only and open to selected MyHR customers.
    • Programme period - The programme runs from 2 June to 26 August 2026. Points can only be earned during this period.
    • Points system - Points are awarded for eligible activities including referrals, content sharing, engagement, and approved contributions. MyHR reserves the right to verify all activity before awarding points.
    • Referrals - A referral is a genuine introduction to a business that could reasonably benefit from MyHR. MyHR determines whether a referral qualifies for points. How we determine that can be found here. Customers can choose to make a referral through the Champions Program Referral or the MyHR Refer & Reward program but not both.
    • Content & engagement - Points are awarded for sharing MyHR content, commenting, and creating original posts, in line with programme guidelines. Monthly limits or conditions may apply to ensure fair participation.
    • Bonus activities - Additional points may be awarded for approved activities such as case studies and video testimonials, subject to MyHR approval.
    • Milestone rewards - Participants may receive milestone rewards when reaching:
      • 1,000 points — Apple AirPods Pro (approx. value $479)
      • 2,000 points — YETI backpack + gear case pack (approx. value $530)
        Milestone rewards are issued once per participant upon reaching the threshold and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
        MyHR reserves the right to substitute rewards with items of similar value if required.
    • Major prize - The participant with the highest total points at the end of the programme (26 August 2026) will receive a $5,000 gift voucher. In the event of a tie, MyHR reserves the right to determine the winner.
    • Leaderboard & tracking - MyHR will track points and maintain the programme leaderboard. All decisions regarding point allocation and rankings are final.
    • Fair use - All participation must be genuine and in good faith. MyHR reserves the right to exclude any activity deemed misleading, spam-like, or not aligned with the intent of the programme.
    • Programme changes - MyHR reserves the right to update, modify, or cancel the programme (including points, rewards, or prizes) at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
  • Licensing Rights  - By participating in the MyHR Referral Rewards Program, you grant MyHR Ltd a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, and publish any content you submit — including testimonials, images, and written communications — across all media channels, including paid social media advertising, without further notice or additional compensation. 
  • Privacy - Participants must ensure they have consent before sharing contact details of any referral.
