MyHR Refer & Reward Programme Terms & Conditions
We know our customers love MyHR, so spread the word for a reward! Refer a qualifying SMB in NZ, AU, or CA and earn up to a $500 account credit or $100 Prezzy card.
1. Overview
The MyHR Refer & Reward programme (“Programme”) rewards eligible participants who refer businesses that meet MyHR’s Qualified referral criteria in NZ, Australia and Canada. By participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. How it works
- Refer – Introduce a contact you believe could benefit from MyHR (Referred Business).
- Check – MyHR will arrange a short meeting with the Referred Business to confirm suitability.
- Reward – If the referral meets the Qualified Lead criteria, you’ll receive your choice of reward.
3. Qualified Lead Criteria
To be considered a Qualified Lead, the Referred Business must:
- Be a small-to-medium business (SMB) located in New Zealand, Australia, or Canada.
- Have between 5 and 100 employees.
- Provide access to a contact who is in a position to make a buying decision.
Note: A sale is not required for a referral to qualify, only that the above criteria are met.
4. Rewards
If your referral is confirmed as a Qualified Lead:
- Existing MyHR customers may choose:
- Up to a $500 credit applied to their MyHR account, or
- A $100 Prezzy card.
- Up to a $500 credit applied to their MyHR account, or
- Other eligible participants (non-customers or partners) may receive:
- A $100 Prezzy card.
- A $100 Prezzy card.
Rewards are issued only after MyHR has confirmed eligibility.
5. Exclusions (Opt-Outs)
A referral will not be eligible if:
- The Referred Business is already in the MyHR sales process, or.
- The Referred Business has been through the MyHR sales process in the last 3 months.
6. General Conditions
- Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for anything else.
- MyHR may contact the Referred Business as part of the qualification process.
- MyHR reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and disqualify referrals that do not meet the criteria.
- MyHR reserves the right to amend, suspend, or end the Programme at any time, without prior notice.
- Participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- Reward Payout Terms
- Existing customers who refer a Qualified Lead will receive up to $500 in MyHR account credit or may choose to receive a $100 Prezzy Card.
- Account credit will be applied to the customer’s account in the month following the referral qualification.
- If the customer’s monthly account is less than $500, the credit will be applied up to the value of that account only, with no cash alternative.
- Referees will receive a $100 Prezzy Card, which will be emailed or posted within four (4) weeks of the lead being accepted as qualified.
