Your draft performance reviews will now create correctly and there's an improved migration when you're moving to the new performance review feature

Fix for issue when creating draft reviews

We had a bug which impacted which attributes were selected on review items, such as enabling or disabling the rating scale or completion button. Now, when you create a review, your draft review will have the correct attributes selected for each item, as provided in the template.

Migrating your performance reviews

The old performance review feature will be retired after 31 March 2024, so please reach out to customer@myhr.works if you need support migrating to the new version. 

If you are migrating reviews from the old feature, you can now migrate and you'll also get a new section where you're able to define a set of questions to help support checking in with your employee. You and your employees can add comments ahead of time which means you can get easy updates on their progress and help have a better check in conversation.
