Release note: 16 May 2025
You can now digitally sign pay increase letters and edit letters after generating the PDF
Include your signature on pay increase letters
You can now add your signature when creating your pay increase letters - making it easy to request, send out, and receive digital acknowledgement from your employee, all from MyHR.
When you're editing your letter content, you'll now see Add signature in the toolbar, which will insert your digital signature from MyHR in the letter.
Easily make changes to your pay increase letter after generating the PDF
Circumstances can change and typos can be made - now it's easy to make updates to letters to ensure you've got a final letter you're happy with before sending out to your employee.
You'll find a new edit option, shown with a pencil icon, on the PDF document that was generated when the request was initially submitted. Selecting that will take you back to the form where you can edit the details and update the content, before generating a document which will replace the original and ensure that the data in MyHR is updated with the new values, if they've changed.
These new features are part of our beta feature to generate instant letters - we'd love to hear your feedback and what else would be useful as we prepare to offer this for other letter types.
