Release note: 25 September 2024

A quick reference to which values have changed in the MyHR payroll report and an easier way to share important HR documentation with your employees

Highlighted updates in the Team changes and starters (Payroll) report

Select a date from which you want to see any changes to employee data and generate a report on screen which shows highlighted values based on what fields have changed between the dates you have selected.

This gives you an easy way to reference what data you might need to update in your other systems such as payroll.

Share a pay increase letter with your employee

You are now able to easily share a pay increase letter with your employee as soon as it's available to you in MyHR - cutting down a few manual steps and allowing you to distribute to your employee quicker.

When your document is available, you'll be able to request acceptance from your employee. This will send an email to prompt them to log in to MyHR, then direct them to the document where they'll confirm that they've received it. You'll be able to see the status of whether it's still awaiting their acceptance or they have received it from the request file (shown in screenshot below).

This is the first request type to offer this feature and we're keen on your feedback, so you'll also see a survey prompt pop up, asking about how you found the process.

We'll be working on it over the next few months to make it easy for you before we roll it out to other letters.

Document listing gets an upgrade

As you can see, the document list in employee profiles has had a revamp and now sports a more prominent button to request acceptance from your employees, as well as a less prominent upload section. Find out more about requesting acceptance for your documents.

You can still drag and drop to upload - we've made it so that works anywhere on the page for ease of use.

You'll see this new look coming to your organisation's document area in the near future.
