Save effort and get your agreements back quicker
You can now review the information we’ll be using when creating the employment agreement for you. This will allow you to catch errors early and save time by providing us updates while the agreement is being prepared.
Get changes to employment terms happening at the right time
Whether it’s an updated agreement/contract, change to position, or salary update, you can now schedule changes for your people which will apply once the document is ready and the effective date arrives.
Easily update your employee data
We know that not all changes make it on to MyHR and you may not need us to do all of your admin for you, so we've made it easier for you to get your people data in the right shape without having to message us. When you make a request to update an agreement, in the 'Employment documentation' section, you can now select "I have confirmed in writing already and need details updated" which will update the data in MyHR straight away.
We do recommend that for updates to employment terms, there's something officially on the record but if you need to bring MyHR into line with your reality, you can handle that yourself.
Keep track of updates for payroll
You now have access to a summary of changes to people in MyHR when salary or wage changes, bank accounts are updated, or there has been an IRD (NZ), SIN (CA) or tax file number (AU) added.
