Performance review usability improvements

You can now more easily see which item you have open to comment on as it shows the button highlighted and a summary of the item name in the performance review comment/activity drawer when it's open.

Rating comments in performance appraisals

You can now add feedback alongside your rating with our new appraisal style - this allows you and your employee to submit independent feedback alongside your individual ratings on items.

These rating comments are stored with your rating and only available once you get to the final appraisal stage, which means you have time to prepare yourself for the final appraisal conversation, and you and your employee will be able to rate independently.

For the ratings slider and the rating comment to be available on items, you'll need to ensure they have the "Rating scale" selected when you're setting up or editing your items.
