Employee profile updates (editing details) and a new centralised view of requests
HR request tab now available
We’ve made it easier to manage employee requests with the introduction of a brand-new HR request tab on each employee’s profile. This update replaces the old Manage tab and brings all request activity into one central location.
Creating a request:
When you click Create a request, you’ll see all available HR services in a single list. From here you can search for the service you need, select the appropriate issue type, provide the necessary details and submit directly to MyHR.
Managing and viewing existing requests:
Any requests you create or already have in progress will now appear in the same tab. You can check the status, see whether actions required from you or MyHR, and use filters or search to quickly find what you’re looking for.
Quickly access the chat by clicking on the request, and go straight to any related files by clicking the Documents.
Changes to where you can edit, remove, delete and reactivate an employee
The options to edit, remove, delete or reactivate an employee are no longer under the Manage tab. Instead, you’ll find them in a convenient new dropdown menu next to the employee’s name, with the same actions. These actions are also available on the overview page.
New notes tab
We’ve introduced a dedicated Notes tab within each profile. The functionality hasn’t changed — you can still add and view notes in the same way as before — but it now has its own space, making it easier to find and use.
