We've released some enhancements to the Ask Us feature and the performance review feature which is currently in beta.
What's new with Ask Us
Closed requests and questions
You are now able to view closed requests in the 'Ask us' bubble where you find the chat threads with our MyHR team. This allows you to see the full detail of the request with the MyHR team, as well as allowing you to easily generate a new question if you need more support.
Search requests and questions
We've put in place a search to allow you to easily find a request thread for those of you who have a bunch on the go. The search currently allows you to filter down requests with matching terms on anything you see in the list, such as searching by additionals, by an employee's name, or by a date.

Creating a template
We've improved the display of the options when you create a template to highlight what each option will give you, including our new AI feature which generates a template based on the MyHR job library. We're open to feedback on this feature as it's currently only sending MyHR info to keep your data safe. If you have any suggestions, we'd love to hear them. Get in touch about access to the beta if you don't already have it.
Save a review as a template
Did you make a bunch of changes to an employee's review and now want to apply them to the rest of your team? Don't worry, you can now save the review as a template. The review will be converted into a template in your template library so please make sure you remove any content relating to the employee as other managers outside your department may be able to see the template if they can also manage reviews.
Fixing up section descriptions
Before our fix, content could end up displaying without line breaks. We've fixed it up so that now content will display as intended and you can use URLs in the text and they'll automatically hyperlink.
