Small improvements to functionality you use every day when contacting the MyHR team
New comment box
We've tweaked the style of the comment box you use when talking to the MyHR team for HR documentation and general HR questions. You've now got quite a bit more room to see what you're typing with a larger comment box and a smaller send button. You can now easily send using a keyboard shortcut: command + enter for Mac users and control + enter for Windows users.
Saving draft questions
You'll no longer lose draft questions when reaching out for support from the MyHR team as we save your message as you go. This is available on brand new questions as well as replies to an existing thread.
Send attachments easily to the MyHR team
If you've got a screenshot to attach when you've experienced an issue or want to supply a document as part of a confidential discussion, you can now quickly send attachments securely when using chat with the MyHR team. Easily drag-and-drop or browse your files to upload documents and images.
Attachments can be added to question-related chat threads which are only visible to you as the submitter and the MyHR team. At this stage, chat threads related to a specific request such as an agreement or a disciplinary process will still need you to upload supporting material to the request folder.
