Overview
The Reports feature in MyHR allows account owners and managers to generate reports directly from the system. These reports provide insights into areas such as onboarding, document acceptance, and reminders, helping you monitor activity and track important information within your organisation.
Reports are accessed through the Reports tab in the left-hand navigation menu under Organisation. The Reports page displays:

A list of available reports that can be generated

A dashboard with graphs summarising key company statistics (account owners only)
Access to reports depends on the user’s role and permissions. Account owners can run all available reports, while managers have access only to reports relevant to their permissions and department access. Any manager user has access to the Custom reminders report for departments they have access to.
Step-by-step instructions
How to access the Reports section
Login into MyHR and select Reports from the left side navigation menu.
Within the Reports tab, you will see a list of available reports that you can generate on the left-hand side.
Account owners will see a set of graphs that summarises some important company statistics on the right hand side.

How to generate a report

Go to Organisation → Reports from the left-hand menu.

Select the report you want to generate from the list on the left-hand side.

Follow any prompts to generate or view the report.

The report results will display in the system.

Who can generate a report?
Owner users within your MyHR account have access to run all reports on the Reports tab, and can view the dashboards.
Manager users have limited access to reports, depending on their permissions:
- Managers with Manage onboarding permission can access:
- Onboarding summary
- Onboarding task summary

Managers with Add and manage people permission can access:

Document acceptance report

All managers can access the Custom reminders report.
When a Manager runs a report, the people included in the results are limited to those the Manager has departmental access to view.
Why can’t I see the Reports dashboard?
The Reports dashboard shows business-wide statistics and is currently only available to account owners. Managers can access individual reports but cannot view the dashboard.

When a manager runs a report, the results are limited to employees within the departments they have permission to view.
