Requesting employment agreements with Fast Track

How MyHR's Fast Track service works to get employment documents back for review within 4 business hours.



 

How to request with Fast Track

  1. Log in to MyHR - you will land at the Launchpad.
  2. Click 'Add Person'.
  3. Check 'Yes' for the question 'Do you need this employment agreement fast-tracked?'

  4. Fill out the rest of the employee's personal and employment details and click 'Submit'.
    This will send your request to the MyHR team as a fast track. You don't need to call or email us to confirm.

Please note: You can also request fast track when you need an updated employment agreement for an existing employee.

Who can request Fast Track?

All users with Owner access are allowed to request the fast track service.

If you would like any of your users with Manager access to be able to request a fast track, they will need to have the new 'Fast Track' permission, in addition to the 'Add People' permission.

To change a manager's permissions, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your MyHR account.
  2. Access your account settings by clicking on your company name in the top left of the screen.
  3. Click 'Manage Account' in the drop-down menu. All the existing owner and manager users will be displayed.

  4. Find the Manager in the list and click on their name. This will load a form where you can edit the user's details.
  5. Scroll down to the 'Permissions' section.

  6. Check the 'Fast Track' box and ensure the manager also has the 'Add People' permission, too.
  7. Click 'Save'.

 

How much does Fast Track cost?

There is a one-off fee of $65 + GST to fast track employment documentation. You do not have to pay this at the time of making the request – the cost will be added to your next monthly invoice.

 

NOTE: 
If you have already submitted an agreement and forgotten to tick the fast track box there are two options to make the change.
1. Please call us and advise rather than chat as it is guaranteed we will be notified quickly.
2. Submit an Update Agreement if you have already submitted an agreement and forgotten to tick the fast track box or if you now need to change the priority requirement.
Then send us a chat linking to the original request to advise it's a duplicate and we can delete the original.
