Resetting a password
How to reset or change your password in MyHR.
Resetting the password
- Go to the MyHR log-in page.
- Click on the 'Forgot your password?' link.
- Enter your log-in email address and click 'Reset your password'.
- You will receive an email from MyHR with instructions for resetting your password.
Changing the password
- In the email received from MyHR, click on the first link (or copy and paste the URL into your web browser).
- You will be redirected to a page where you will be asked to enter and confirm your new password.
- Choose a new password that is at least 12 characters long and not too easy to guess. We'll show how strong your new password is as you go and give you tips on how to improve it.
- Once your new password is strong enough, click 'Submit'.
Signing back in with your new password
- Go to the MyHR log-in page.
- Enter your email address and new password.
- Click 'Log in'.
Keep in mind your password change when logging into MyHR in the future.
