Resetting a password

How to reset or change your password in MyHR.

Resetting the password

1. Go to the MyHR log-in page.
   
   
2. Click on the 'Forgotten password?' link.
   
   
3. Enter your log-in email address and click 'Reset your password'.
   
   
4. You will receive an email from MyHR with instructions for resetting your password.

Changing the password

1. In the email received from MyHR, click on the first link (or copy and paste the URL into your web browser). 
   
   
2. You will be redirected to a page where you will be asked to enter and confirm your new password.
   
   
3. Click 'Submit'.

Signing back in with your new password

1. Go to the MyHR log-in page.
2. Enter your email address and new password. 
   
   
3. Click 'Log in'. 

Keep in mind your password change when logging in to MyHR in the future.
