MyHR Subprocessors

To deliver the MyHR platform and services, we work with a small number of trusted third-party service providers (subprocessors). These providers process data only on our instructions and under contractual data protection obligations. They are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes, and our AI providers are not permitted to use your data to train their models.

This page lists the subprocessors that materially process personal or customer data. We keep it current and update it as our subprocessors change.

Where your data is held

Customer data within the MyHR platform is hosted in AWS's Sydney region. Some subprocessors that support our operations process limited data outside this region. Where data is processed across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard consistent with the applicable privacy laws in New Zealand, Australia, and Canada.

Our AI providers

AI features built into the MyHR platform are delivered through our cloud infrastructure provider (AWS), within the same secure environment as the rest of the platform. We do not interact directly with underlying AI model providers for these features, and your data is not used to train AI models. Separately, our team uses established AI productivity tools to assist with their work; where these process customer data, the provider is contractually prohibited from using it to train their models.

Integrations you choose to connect

Where you choose to connect MyHR to another service, such as a payroll provider, we share the relevant data with that provider at your direction to enable the integration. These providers are independent of MyHR and handle your data under their own terms and privacy policies, so they are not listed as subprocessors above.
