Work visa expiry reminders and calendar items

For people whose work visa expiry date is entered into MyHR, the system will now show reminders on the Launchpad and in My Calendar and it will send emails reminding managers about this.

Launchpad reminders will show at 12, 8, 4 and 2 weeks out and they will be displayed on screen for 2 weeks each, giving management time to see them. After two weeks, they will be automatically dismissed unless they have already been manually dismissed by the customer.

Emails to the person's manager will be sent at 12 weeks out, 8 weeks out, 4 weeks out and 1 week out from the date the work visa will expire.
