MyHR's template library

To find the template library, go to My Business > Reviews and then just under the graphs you will find the 'Templates' button. This will take you to the template library which will have three templates loaded in as a starting point (General performance review, objectives & key results, values-led review).

To create a template click 'create template' and you will see the following options.

AI Templates

We have an option to create a template from AI generation. This will pull a general template based on a drop down box of roles to give you a starting point. This can then be edited to suit your specific role.

Find it here: My Business> Reviews> Template Library> Create Template> AI generated. If you require company or employee specific help to create KPIs this is also something advisory can help you with, via the chat bubble - if the template does not cover what you would like.

Duplicating templates

Duplicating templates helps when you want to start with something from your template library but want to make a slightly different template for a different team member or department.

Adding an item

Some of the default templates are showing examples of how you could set up your reviews. Take whichever template you like and add new items to set up content specific to your organisation.

  1. In the relevant section, select 'Add item'
  2. You can use items as: goals, KPIs, objectives, key results, or tasks. You can draft your own, or browse the MyHR examples for inspiration.
  3. Once you've decided what your item is, you'll select which attributes are relevant for that item:
    1. Progress tracker: This means an item can be completed, or not. We'd like your feedback about other ways you might like to track progress of your items.
    2. Rating scale: This allows your item to be rated once it gets to the appraisal phase of the review.
    3. Due date: If you have a deadline for a specific item to be completed, use this to make it clear.

If you delete an item, you'll find the record of that deletion in the history, which you can access from the top right.
