I don’t see any other account names/options, or I can see the option but not the account I need
Overview
If you manage people across multiple MyHR accounts, you can switch between them using the Accounts search feature.
This allows you to move from one account to another without logging out and back in. It is particularly useful for managers, consultants, or administrators who work with more than one organisation in MyHR.
Note: Your email address is used as your login identifier. To switch between accounts, each account must be registered with the same email address.
Step-by-step instructions
Logging into MyHR with multiple accounts
- Log into MyHR.
- If you have access to multiple accounts, a drop down list of available accounts will appear.
- Select the account you want to access.
- If you have both management and self-service access for that account, you will be asked which access type you would like to use.
- Select Management.
Swapping between accounts
If you are already logged in, you can switch accounts without logging out.

Select the organisation name in the top left corner of the screen (the first button in the left-hand navigation menu).

A pop-up menu will appear showing the accounts you have access to.

The account you are currently using will have a tick beside it.

If you have access to multiple accounts, you can use the search bar to find the account you want.

Select the account you would like to switch to.
You will immediately be taken to the selected account.

I don’t see any other account names/options, or I can see the option but not the account I need
This usually means either:

You only have access to one MyHR account, or
-
You are using different email addresses to log in to each account.
To switch between accounts, all accounts must be registered using the same email address.
If you are using different email addresses, you can update the email address on an account by following the instructions in the How to change your own email address as a manager article.
If you believe you should have access to another account, contact your account owner to check your permissions.
